Eddie Stern is a yoga instructor raised in New York City. He studied Ashtanga Yoga, chanting, philosophy and ritual under Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, from Mysore, from 1991-2009. Today, Eddie Stern has published several books, created the WITH Magazine, The Breathing App and The YOGA365 App to build online communities and make yoga practices accessible for everyone. Stern’s dedication to yoga is rooted in a desire to understand who he is, which is apparent in each step of building the life he currently leads.
