Sylvia Ann Hewlett is an economist, author and speaker who is an expert on gender and workplace issues and works with non-profit and governmental agencies to promote women in the workplace and lectures frequently around the world. She is the CEO of Hewlett Consulting Partners and founding president of the Center for Talent Innovation, a non-profit think tank, based in New York, focusing on women, minorities and previously excluded minority groups.
