The 3 head-to-knee poses demonstrated in this lesson are fundamentally important postures that should be practiced regularly for all around health and flexibility. These movements will purify the pancreas, prostate gland, and urinary tract. Flexibility of the hamstrings, ankles, and hips are also worked.
