Troy Carter is an American entrepreneur who is the founder, chairman and CEO of Atom Factory, a full-service talent agency, music management, film and production company. Troy Carter’s most notable roster of entertainment moguls includes Meghan Trainor, Charlie Puth and (previously) Lady Gaga. Troy also owns AF Square, a tech consultancy and investor which funds over 40 start-ups including Uber, Dropbox and Spotify.
