About Tania Cotton

Tania is a Movement Analyst, Chartered Physiotherapist and Performance Coach with over 25 years’ experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, including Olympic athletes. After 12 years working as a consultant for the Swiss Olympic Medical Centre in Geneva, Tania founded MovementWise to give everyone access to practical ways of overcoming pain and injury and to living a healthy, active, fulfilling life.

Tania has produced and directed over 15 MovementWise films in addition to the LifeWise Podcast on health and human performance to spread a message of hope that will inspire people to take action. Tania uses the power of storytelling to show people how they can overcome health and performance challenges to do things in their lives they may currently believe impossible.
