Curious Minds
In the ‘60s, James Gordon began self-seeking the broader dimensions of his mind and if yoga, meditation and other methods to supplement his psychotherapy sessions, which left him satisfied but curious. He started taking it seriously for himself and the shift also reflected in his career. Dr. Gordon created ground-breaking programs of comprehensive mind-body healing for physicians, medical students, and other health professionals, and people with cancer, depression and other chronic illnesses. Mind-body medicine is based on the scientific understanding of the inextricable connection between our inner selves and the social and natural world in which we live.
