Life Cycles
In this episode of Life Cycles, Frederique visits with Beatrix Ost at her duplex located in the historic Hotel des Artistes building of New York City. They discuss 3-dimensional art, family, and the ups and downs of that have led them through life. As they are both creative women who moved to New York from Europe in the early days of their respective careers, they find many similarities and parallels between their lives. Beatrix Ost is an artist, writer, fashion designer, and ambassador of peace. She has also written screenplays, produced movies and theater, and acted in films and on the stage. When she arrived to New York from Germany as a young adult, she quickly became an art and fashion icon - and has remained an influential and acclaimed luminary in both worlds.
